Happy And Safe New Year!

This month we will forego our usual message regarding current issues pertaining to the maritime worker and take this opportunity to thank all of you for your maritime service and wish you a prosperous and healthy 2013!

This past year our firm has continued to successfully represent maritime workers suffering illnesses and injuries both ashore and at sea. 2012 was a year our firm pioneered new legal remedies for the worker such as welders exposed to toxic work environments, vibratory tool injuries as well as the typical harms arising from the perils of the sea.

Lyle Cavin, Jr. has again been selected to Super Lawyer status, as well as being recognized in Top Attorneys in Northern California.

We remain available to assist the worker and his family in multiple areas of personal injury, wrongful death and catastrophic injury.
