with specialization in maritime law. Litigation
experience: personal injury and wrongful death,
with extensive experience in maritime personal
injury and wrongful death (Jones Act/General
Maritime Law), medical malpractice, products
liability, sex discrimination and harassment,
sexual abuse, civil rights, Longshore &
Harborworker's Compensation Act administrative

over 100 court and jury trials, including state
